Creative persons in advertising industry are genuinely not mean. They can be quirky, cranky and even shitty yet they have to be sincere to make things work. I am asked to change myself right on the first day with a bit of threats from my boss: "If you keep bringing the idea of going for research again, sorry we could not work together".
I spend the whole evening just to curse my boss and went to bed early just to be afriad that my skin is affected. Anyway, I need to change my way of approach.
